Mraz, June, Love, and Tour Are Four Letter Words

Finally got to see Jason Mraz for the 2nd time in 7 months (check Mraz in Bali)! Call me crazy, but that's what a dedicated fan would do. If I was 17 or older when I first knew Jason, this would have been my 3rd time (with the first being Java Jazz concert, which I wasn't allowed to attend cause I was still 14 and was about to graduate from middle school *cries*).

Tour Is a Four Letter Word merupakan tur untuk mempromosikan album baru Jason Mraz yang berjudul Love Is a Four Letter Word.

Tapi, lagi-lagi konser Jason Mraz menjadi guilty pleasure buat saya. Was it pathetic or what?

Me and... 'Son Mraz'? Okay, my brother is obviously not a professional photographer.

June 22nd 2012.
Happy birthday, Jakarta! Yeah, the capital of Indonesia turned 485 and Jason Mraz held a concert there, what could be more amazing? Plus, the next day is Jason's 35th birthday! What an honor :)
Niatnya mau dapat front row (ingin mengulang 'kesuksesan' saya dan Nisa di Bali gitu loh), tapi melihat antrian VIP class yang wow, plus those 'lucky' (damn, for the first time, I HATE this word) people who got to enter the venue about 5 minutes before us just because they had some credit cards and blah blah, jadinya kita nggak dapat front row, tapi second row.
While in Bali the girls were screaming Jason's name--and other stuffs--the loudest scream I heard in this Jakarta show came from a man. A man, guys! Hahaha that's great, love the spirit!
Akhirnya, Uncle J pun muncul! Saya teriak heboh seheboh-hebohnya karena Jason kembali memakai fedora (dengan rambut ikal gondrongnya diikat)!! I must say... he was so handsomeeeee!!!

JASOOONNN!!!

Oh my God he's too close, I can't even........ *melted*
Ada beberapa kejutan kecil yang terjadi selama konser, salah satunya adalah Jason menyanyikan lagu Di Sini Senang, Di Sana Senang setelah berkata, "I love when you make noise, the awkward silence is weird."

Setelah Happy Birthday, disambung dengan lagu Panjang Umur, and Jason thanked us and smiled.

Oh, and last but not least....
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JASON THOMAS MRAZ!!!
Keep making good music and inspiring songs, stay healthy and unique, and thank you for celebrating your birthday with us in Indonesia! You sure did start your life as a 35 years old man really well :D
Until next time, Uncle J!

"I'd like to introduce you to my band. Jakarta, this is my band. My band, this is Jakarta."
